In today's fast-paced environment, many of us are feeling constantly rushed, busy, and nearing burnout. This 4 week course will provide you with mindfulness meditation tools to help you reduce stress and increase your inner calm and peace.
Each of the four hour-long classes will include a brief talk, a guided meditation, and time for Q and A.
This course is for adults 18+. People of all physical abilities are welcome. This is NOT a yoga class. This is NOT a religion class.
